- Canada's Financial Post profiled her as "The Broker to Billionaires" before she moved to Hong Kong in 1993 to work with STAR-TV founder Richard Li to manage his personal portfolio of real estate investments around the world. Richard Li is son of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-Shing.

Stephen First
- A graduate of McGill University, Law '75, Stephen is a Canadian Barrister & Solicitor sworn in and enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ontario and admitted to practice in 1978 at the Bar of Her Majesty's Courts by the Benchers of The Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. First has been privileged to serve the special interests of a discerning international clientele of private companies and high net worth individuals.

Carol Lee
- A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, Ontario, 1980, Carol is a British Columbia called barrister and solicitor. Previously a partner with Boughton, Peterson, Yang, Anderson, a large Vancouver law firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, for the past several years Ms. Lee has been independent counsel with Parolin & Company, a boutique law firm practicing primarily in the corporate/commercial, real estate investment and development areas.
